This year our theme is “We Need YOUR Piece to complete the puzzle”. We chose this theme because we intend to show that each student brings diverse skill sets to our school to help accomplish our goal of unity and collaboration.
In a school of 900+ puzzle pieces, we hope to reach each student with the message that each person in our building can contribute in their own way to take part in the bigger picture.
My goal this year is to help students find what makes them unique and what they can do to contribute to our school. With that, I’d also like to promote student voice by finding leadership opportunities in our school and community.
I, along with the other fantastic members of the Bay View Student Council are excited to strive towards excellence on behalf of our peers and make changes to better our school atmosphere.
